Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 1 dl brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 / 2 dl whole milk
- 2 1 / 2 dl flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2-3 tablespoons of orange marmalade (preferably Scotland, with the addition of Whiskey)
Preparation
- Turn On the oven on 180 degree, then, grease the pan well, and then, put some flavor on it.
- Mix the butter with sugar in fine foam, and, start adding one by one egg, and keep mixing
- Mix the milk with the condensed milk, and add it to the eggs
- Mix the flour with the baking powder, and slowly mix it with the eggs.
- Finally, add a marmalade, and mix well.
- Bake it around 40 minutes.
